Relay For Life Event May 16th
We will be part of a craft show on May 16th at Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School in Williamsburg to help raise money for the CBB Relay for Life Team. Come out and support a great cause and see some great people and artists there as well.

We got both of our puppies (who are not puppies at all, really) through these guys. They are wonderful! The collars I’m making for them will help them rescue and place more dogs in loving homes. All sales will benefit the CGA and that makes me so very happy!
Rainbow of Arts Festival
We loaded up the van this afternoon (after cleaning it out first — we found numerous jelly/chewy-like food products and a few socks stuffed in corners) so that we can go to the Rainbow of Arts Festival tomorrow. I bought a wrap skirt at a thrift store the other day (handmade) and decided that I needed to fill my wardrobe with wrap skirts out of all the fun fabrics I have. I’m going to start tinkering in the next week or two and then new wrap skirts will abound!

Here’s a link to our official website. As you can see, it is under some serious construction. I’m blaming it on zoning permit mishaps right now. As soon as we are cleared to break ground, we will start on the foundation and work our way up from there. (Do we have enough of the building metaphor yet?)
